Was not pleased to get a call about product I stuck back on the shelf not knowing where it went I placed it in an area easy to see since the hair dresser was with new clients I didn't want to bother her. I only bought one of the products she suggest me getting. She called me asking where the product was she didn't see that I bought it. Making me feel as if she thought I took it with out paying. I told her exactly where to find it and never got a phone call back saying sorry for the misunderstanding. I have been going to Peppers for many years and felt it was VERY unprofessional and will not return!

It's just a nice place to BE! Stylist listen to your concerns and have great solutions. No up sale price products. Everyone is so darn nice. AND they have early appointments. I love the place.
