The support staff are unfailingly friendly and efficient. Heidi listens to what I want with my hair and her work has never failed to please me. In my opinion, she is an excellent styalist.

Painful hair washing. Hair was pulled so hard it gave me a headache and scalp is still tender the next day. Did not want to hurt her feelings so I said nothing. Cut was fine. Missed a couple of areas on back of neck when shaved. Nice enough stylist. Too expensive.
