Very professional and friendly staff. No pressure on purchase after the exam. What I appreciated most, and stood out was how thorough they were in taking their time to test/evaluate me, then explain the results, and then a meticulous sizing for my eyeglasses like I've never experienced before. They also provide a no fuss 2-yr warranty on those, again better than anywhere I've gone before, and their prices were the same as when I went to WarbyP. I love this place, and so glad I switched to them!
