There is absolutely no way I would ever take my vehicle to perfection tire again. Twice they charged me and gave me a completed work order for work they never did. When I had to take my vehicle into the dealership, they confirmed that the original brakes were still on. Completely dishonest

As the new manager here at perfection tire #5 i can assure you that neither me nor my team here would have any reason to charge for work that we did not do. we have no incentive to sell any products or services, and neither our sales guys or our technicians are payed on any type of commission. i am hoping that if anything like this ever did take place it was by accident and either way i would be more than happy to fully refund any work that was charged but not done. our shop prides its self on honesty and reputable work. If there is a job that we cant handle i personally would be the one to tell you we cant handle it and at no charge at all i would gladly direct you to someone who i know could handle it. unfortunately there is no name to this review. therefor i have no way to make anything right at this time. we are a new crew here and would love to earn any business we can by proving we are the professionals you want working on you vehicle. -Jerad Posey-
