I will never go to this place again. The Dr whom I saw was Dr Taylor very rude was in and out. Then the office manger came in and said this is a pop that covers implants make it work. The Dr then said well you need four teeth removed then we are going to do implants. He wouldn't even let me speak then told me to go to the front. Then that's when I meet ( Valarie) she kept calling me honey and that they were going to make m

y mouth look great. I said that I really couldn't afford anything

Anyway I said OK. Well they did a treatment plan and she said all I would have to pay Is $72 a month. And then after every thing was done I ended up with a bill of $3000.00. All they care about is money. I will be reporting them and I won't stop until they are shut down.

Dr. Bob is the absolute best! He has a great sense of humor that puts patients at ease, and answers all questions. Most importantly he is extremely thorough. I wish he was in this office more!!!

This is the worst place I have ever been. I went not realizing it is under new ownership since I last went for my wisdom teeth years ago. I went in for a cleaning about 2 months before I was losing my dental insurance. I told them this, and they said I would get everything taken care of before I lost my insurance. I waited over an hour to be seen each time I went and then even longer once I was in the room. I was told I needed a root canal, and eventually had the procedure. This procedure took 4 visits to complete for some reason. This did not include the cleaning I originally went for. I was finally told I was finished after my 5th visit in a month to finally get a cleaning. I left with absolutely no intention of ever going back. I got a call 2 days after my insurance expired saying the doctor didn't finish and apparently I needed another cavity filled that I wasn't told about in the first place. To top it all off, I was also told by an employee that the place is terrible and outdated. It is also dirty and to make sure things were opened in front of you because things aren't always done properly and according to health standards. They also added that the owner over books appointment times so the doctors aren't able to keep up and causes this the unnecessarily long wait times.

bullies!!!! old equipment not capable of doing the rt work. long waits works on mulitple clients not giving proper care to the one in the chair stay away beware!!!!!!!!!!

I waited a very long time both in the front office and back in the dentist chair. So long, that I fell asleep waiting for the dentist to see me.

Terrible. Another emergency before us and once again had to wait way too long! I scheduled myself and my two kids and when I arrived they realized I wasn't eligible for my 6 month check up. When I originally scheduled this appointment I mentioned this was a concern of mine and they assured me that all if us were eligible Wrong again!! And lastly, the cleanings they did on my kids shouldn't even be classified as a cleaning. It was more of a brushing. I wish my insurance offered better choices of local dental offices. I dread coming back!

While the dentist was very nice, quick, and thorough, I waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. My issue isn't that the dentist was running late (because emergencies do happen). However, on hectic days when you know you are running behind, it would be nice to send the patient a message to let them know out of respect for their time as well.
