I’ve had a lot of medical issues lately and I’ve held off scheduling follow up appts as a result. Earlier this week someone called me and would NOT let me get off the phone without scheduling an appt. I scheduled an appt, begrudgingly, mind you, for the same week. I started some new antibiotics because I miscarried in October and have continued to have major issues & infection afterwards. I called to cancel or reschedule my appt because I started to experience major side effects of the new meds yesterday. The individual that answered was irritated and tried to argue with me. She asked “why would you schedule an appt if you knew you were sick?” I had no idea I would not feel good and the last thing I need is someone trying to scold me about a cancellation when they have no idea what is going on in my personal life. She also stated that I had confirmed the appt. I never got a call attempting to confirm and I never replied to confirm the appt to the cell generated text, I shouldn’t have to tell someone why I am cancelling or deal with this kind of attitude. Do you really want to know that I’ve been puking and experiencing extreme/random bouts of diarrhea? I also find the call to schedule and push to schedule some what invasive. The lack of understanding/empathy for rescheduling requests just really frustrating. This would have been my second appt. but I will not be rescheduling in the future with this operation. Lead with empathy and kindness, and if you are having a bad day, check your attitude at the door and don’t take it out on the person on the other end. You have no idea what they are going through. I am publishing this with my name attached, but am extremely hesitant in doing so. Do not call, email or reach out to me further. The damage is done and I refuse to give anymore of my time/money/thought to perfect smiles.

Went in for a deep cleaning. Dr Patel is compassionate and has a delicate touch (which I needed since I had inflamed gums). It was a pleasant experience given the circumstances! Throughout the process she checked with me to ensure I had minimal pain. Thank you, I definitely recommend!

We took our 7 yo Havanese to have her teeth cleaned. Doctor was very patient answering questions and providing options. Everything went smoothly and our puppy was well taken care of We received a follow-up call the next day to check for any issues. She was fine and back to normal.
