After a yearly exam in May, at which point I paid in full, Perfect Vision sent me an invoice in the mail with no explanation 5 months later in October. No phone call, explanation on the statement - anything. When I called them, I was told I was underbilled in May. I was then expected to pay without question - I needed additional contacts and was told I couldn’t order them because of a “balance on my account”. I spent a few hours digging into past invoices and insurance claims, and I ultimately decided to pay the balance because I didn’t want collections involved. I still am not convinced I owed anything. I’ve spoken to an optometrist friend in another city, and he said that he’d expect any mistake made in billing that was Perfect Vision’s fault to be written off. Especially if it took half a year to discover.

Next, I was berated for needing new contacts. I was talked down to and a woman told me that “these are a medical device” and I need to be more responsible. She said I’d need to come in the another appoint I.e. give them more money. I talked to my optometrist friend again and he directed me to 1800 contacts, because I have a valid prescription and Perfect Vision cannot withhold contacts from me. This place is unprofessional and I will never come back.

I liked the actual doctor, but the young girl doing my pre-vision test screening exams did not explain instructions very well and during the portion where they had to use a plastic tool to pull down my lower lash line, she could not get it in position and kept poking me with it about 10x and it was painful. Furthermore, I was incredibly anxious the entire exam on whether or not the tools were sanitized before they were touching them to my face and lash line. My eye started hurting that night, almost like stye pain.

Everything went well and I have just picked up my new lens today. My prescription did not change much but I can definitely see better with the new prescription. I have always been happy with Perfect Vision and will see you next year. Regards, Steve

Absolutely wonderful experience. I usually hate going to the eye doctor cause I feel they never have good news and it’s always so cold and uninviting, but everyone here was incredibly welcoming. Doctor gave me wonderful advice based on my lifestyle as well.

I came here to get my hair colored for the first time, and had really great experience. The receptionist was very welcoming, and being an Aveda salon they use great products. Jenna did my hair, and she did a great job - I didn't want a very drastic change, and wanted it to look natural, and it turned out perfectly, exactly what I was looking for.
