We have been dealing with Eric and the guys at Performance Drivetrain for MANY years. Many years ago we moved 30 miles out of their neighborhood, but still we take our vehicles to Performance Drivetrain for ALL of our vehicle needs. We pass up probably hundreds of auto shops between our home an Performance Drivetrain but that inconvenience is worth the trouble because we trust their work completely.
This time, though, may have been the worst. We took in an old mini-van for some serious brake and suspension repair with the intention of just getting the vehicle fixed enough so that we could sell it soon. However, when we got it back it performed amazingly. All of the thumps, bumps and wobbles were gone. The van drives smoothly, shifts with precision, and brakes with authority. GRRR! Even though the van is old with lots of miles on it and not real pretty to look at, now I want to keep it. As long as Performance Drivetrain can keep it running so well, I might as well just keep it.
I wish I could say that Eric and the guys at Performance Drivetrain have always exceeded our expectations, but that is not quite true. Perhaps a more accurate description would be to say that we expect extraordinary results from Performance Drivetrain and they always deliver.
