Staff is great. They need a ticketing system of some kind to serve folks in the order that they arrived. It's basically a free for all. Exam was perfect. Both admin and doctor were super friendly and explained everything. Some of the eyeglass staff seemed new and didn't know all the answers and struggled with the POS system. When I came back to point out that insurance had not been applied to the bill it took about 45 minutes (after losing my place in line) with no resolution. I have to return to the store again to get it credited.
Staff was amazing. Great prices. Selection is ok. Wish they had more higher end options for frames, but you cant beat the prices. Had a couple snafus when I decided to get an additional pair late in the transaction requiring an override.
The only reason it is not a 5 star is because it was a long wait. Kelly was fantastic and very understanding about sensory issues with my daughter. Dr. Ray was also amazing, explaining everything and making the exam easy and quick.
