Dr Otomo and her staff are professional, courteous and made me feel comfortable having the surgery.

This was my first visit with Dr. Matoska to whom I was referred by my regular dentist. I am completely satisfied with the service that I received. I was especially pleased that he explained every step of the procedure. He told me beforehand what to expect, then what he was doing and finally what he had done. He called the next morning to see how I was doing. Who does that? Dr. Matoska, that's who. Thank you doctor.

Very inconvenient to have an appointment set up 6 months in advance and then have to reschedule twice in a four business days period
I paid for my parking fee. When I exited, I inserted my paid parking voucher into the machine and it says Parking Ticket Already Used. I am exiting for the first time. Now what do I do? I have cars behind me who want to exit and I cannot get the gate to open.
