The experience was unfair. A 40 minute wait to be seen and another 50 just for the doctor to get back to me; who in which put me on a guilt trip for not taking the $1,100 choice of leaving my cat for 2 days.

We believe you might possibly be reviewing the wrong animal hospital. For one we don't guilt trip our clients we always work with them and try to find the most reasonable care for them and 2 we haven't seen a feline with a quote for $1,100, we are not hospitalizing any pets at the current time due to covid.
