I am extremely disappointed with our visit this time around. I have never had a problem with boarding here. I have never been charged for the administering of medication while boarding before and I have been boarding with you all for 8 years. I am also disappointed in the appearance of my dog when I picked him up. He was skinny and there were several stress spots on him. I don't have a stressed dog. I was also not informed on how much a medication would be when you prescribed this to my dog. I'm sure it was necessary but it would have been nice to been informed on the price. Needless to say, I will not be boarding with you anymore. I am completely upset with the condition of my dog after he has been in your care.
I found this office after I adopted my beautiful, 10 year old toy poodle Kelly from Humane Society of Houston County in Warner Robins. They trust the more than capable hands of Dr Burnham and Dr. Wiley, with the health, spay/neuter, and micro-chipping of all their animals. The office has a very pleasant atmosphere, and the office staff and assistants are GREAT!
The most impressive quality of your service is that the dortor or an assistant phones to check on critically sick or old animals. You strive to work a sick animal in for an appointment as quickly as possible. Your office staff is courteous, professional, and efficient. They get answers and respond to phone requests in a timely manner. You manage appointment time most efficiently to minimize time in the waiting area.
Your staff handles boarding requests and waiting lists courteously.
