The technicians are always wonderful but I do feel very taken advantage of and mislead. There add clearly states " you will never see another termite-ant-roach-or bug in your home again , guaranteed". I got termites and was told it wasn't covered , I have to pay $1300.! I've used them for 6 years. I will be shopping around after this contract ends, I definitely feel taken advantage off.

I'm sorry you feel this way. The area treated for termites six years ago was for the disturbed soil during construction of your pool only and not where the recent termite activity was found inside your home. This was explained before we treated the current activity and your home is now under warranty for a year.
