The staff and Doctors were so genuine & professional and the love and compassion they showed towards our cat, Frosting, was so appreciated. The doctor called me several times keeping me updated on her condition and was so patient with my questions. I am so thankful for them and for doing what was best our fur baby.

Perfect always. Rochelle and Anita. They obviously work quite well together. I was able to pick up my prescription of cat food very quickly. Also may I say they sure are quite able to take care of the clinic by themselves. You have wonderful people working there. Thank you Again. :).

I have two large male cats that get very difficult when they get to the doctor's office. They handled the situation very well. The staff and doctor were very polite and helpful.

Thank you SO much to Pet Care Clinic and staff for getting Mr President in this week!!! poor Po had an issue with his mouth that came on abruptly ( he was very stoic about it, like most cats, and didn't show pain until he couldn't hide it anymore). They were so nice to call me about a cancellation that allowed us to take the spot. The vet who saw PO was so kind and she even stayed after closing to do surgery on his mouth. This is why we keep returning! Great customer service, caring vets and staff, and very reasonably priced in our ever changing economy. P.S. Po is doing SO much better just two days post op :)

Dr Madura’s office is very well run. I was greeted upon entering, had a very short wait and Rexie’s exam was very thorough. Rexie is almost 15 and has a few issues to deal with; however Dr Madura addressed each of my questions to help me make the rest of his life as rich as possible.
