Dr. Singh very friendly. Staff friendly as well. They respond to my emails in a timely manner. My fur babies seem to be ok with everyone which is important to me. Office manager Cebrina, does her best to get my refills for my 2 fur babies. Dr. Singh always acknowledges me when he sees me in the lobby or outside and asks how my fur babies are doing which is a plus. All in all I would recommend this place. I also recommended this place on the Nextdoor app. Been taking my fur babies here for many years after trying others. 10 star

They were awesome! They squeezed my dog in, fixed her dewclaw and gave her lots of love and a sparkly purple cast that tastes terrible so she does t luck it! Affordable care with excellent service and staff

10 out of 10. They are very helpful and professional. I’ve been to other Vets with my first puppy and dreaded most of the visits. PetCura was a very nice experience not only for me but for my new puppy.

Terrible. They never answer the phone. Always an answering machine. Previous Dr did not follow thru as promised about a tumor found on my dog. I'm changing vets

After making a difficult decision we brought our dog in. As it would be too difficult to be present for the euthanasia we opted to wait in the car after we had our time with her. The nurse asked if we would like a phone call to let us know when she had passed and we said yes. 40 minutes go by, no phone call so we call in. They completely forgot to call us. Lack of empathy for a difficult decision. Awful follow up for us to have our closure.

I am very pleased with all staff services. They are very compassionate and the Veterinarian handled my anxiety for my 13yr old cat in a warm professional manner. All of my concerns were handled as if part of a family. I felt like they truly CARE about their animal patients like their own. They are a busy office an it’s understandable due to the care they provide.

Dr. Singh has an incredible staff! The staff is knowledgeable , kind, & shows empathy toward the pets that are brought in. This was a wonderful surprise because oftentimes they are wrapped up in their work, and rather dismissive of the animals. I found Dr. Singh’s team to be the opposite.

Dr. Singh understands that the pets are an important part of our family, & comes outside to greet each person that he is to provide a service for. This should Not be necessary as quarantine is nearly over. Until we are all returned to completely normal, it would be a tremendous service to the clients if part of the office could be closed off to accommodate them. If not that, then a small table with umbrella made available for signing paperwork or holding a sick pet in the summer heat. That would be miles ahead of what any service that deals with people and their pets provide.

Overall I am very confident in Dr. Singh’s ability to provide the very best care for our pets.

All of the staff was very attentive and helpful. My pets visit wasn’t prolonged and the whole experience was very efficient.
