Everyone was really nice to us and very loving with Lila. The only thing was that Lila had no Fleas when we left her. I also asked if they found any when we picked her up and we where told no that she was all good. That made us happy. But when we got home I noticed that she kept biting near her bottom. I went to look and I found a really big Flea on her. I checked the rest of her body to make sure that there was no more. So it would be nice if you guy's can please check your cages and make sure they don't have Fleas. When I left Lila I was told that if Lila did have fleas or any dog that go in there they are given them a treatment to kill them and to prevent spreading in the cages or on other dogs or on themselves and it would be a $13 charge. So to me this is not being looked at very carefully. But besides that we are very happy with the service and I have already recommended my niece take her dog there for grooming hopefully her dog does not end up with fleas.

We do check them very carefully, however, I hope you understand that we are a veterinary hospital with a lot pet traffic and in the middle of summer.
