I had bought a gift card for mother in law to use for her birthday and she wasnt able to attend her scheduled, she rescheduled not knowing the salon policy. And your salon used the gift card for her unkept appt. It was a gift I purchased for her. Considering the fact it was a gift card maybe the salon couldve pardoned her for not knowing the policy. I have purchased gift cards for other family members in the past. I will never give you my business again for making her experience so terrible. She had to pay additionally just to use whatever balance was left on the card. She was so excited to receive services from you and your business, unfortunately, diid not provide good customer service! Very disappointed.
Amy, We're sorry about the miscommunication. Your mother used $125 of her gift card on March 29, 2017 and her gift card has not been touched since then. She still has a remaining balance left on the card so I am not sure what your comment is regarding. Your mother was a No Show for her appointment, which from our policies states she could be held for up to 50% of her service, but we did not charge her for not showing up. Wonderful experience! Salon is beautiful! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Beyond pleased with my haircut from Roger. Have received many compliments! Have already recomend my friends come to Peter Conte salon.
