It was a Tuesday June the temperature in Kansas City was approximately 99° it felt like 120 to be in the shade with the humidity. When I walked into my home I did not feel the rush of cool comfortable air from my trusty air conditioner. I check the thermostat, 84° in the house, thermostat set to 76. Alarm bells went off in my head. The red alert alarm in my head was at full volume. My regular air conditioner guy had retired two years ago, I lost the name of the company he referred me to, his cell phone no longer worked. I called my friend Dale, he referred me to Peterson heat and air. Early Wednesday morning Richard was at my door. Which informed me that my central air unit was fried. Because of a power surge during the storm. Amazingly, three days later my new system was installed, insurance agreed to pay all but my deductible, and life is cool again for me. PS as a blind homeowner, it is extremely important that I hire a company that has ethics, and is trustworthy like Peterson heating and air. Wish all companies were like yours :-)

The gal answering the phone was sweet and courteous. They were able to get someone out in 2 hours. Jeremy the service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got right to the problem and had my heat working in a very short time. Great company. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

This was my first time having Peterson look at my furnace. Our tech did a wonderful job of communicating - from his arrival time, to what the furnace was is need of and cost. He had answers before I could ask questions. Great customer service and our furnace is working again as it should.

Smoothest process from calling to schedule an appointment to them arriving on time. Richard was very personable and made the repair that was needed at a very fare price. I will not use anyone else! These guys are AMAZING!!
