The staff are friendly and caring. Scarlett loves it there. She pushes the door open and greets everyone. No need to use a leash once there. She knows here way around. The prices are great and Scarlett looks great. AnneWMitschke

About two years ago I bought a house in Crouse. This was my first time that my fiancé and I have lived on our own. We were fortunate enough to have a brand new home to move into. As time passed by I noticed more and more how his King Charles Cavalier "Sadie Mae" was shedding. I called a few places and really needed her seen as quickly as possible. Thankfully we found Pet Hair Design Studio. Another plus.....it's literally within walking distance from our house. I called hem up. They were very friendly and as a first time customer and being a first time "mom" to a dog that I have never had to maintain they made me feel relieved. They do ask proof of vetinary records which is a plus and the place is also very clean. Sadie has been going to them for the past year in a half now. We have been slacking with the winter weather and letting her keep her hair to stay warm. She now really needs a good grooming and I called today and they were able to fit me in on a Saturday at my convince. They do a wonderful job on making me feel like they care for my dog. I would highly recommend them.

I love Selina almost as much as Chelsea does my Old English Sheepdog who turned 4 in January. Selina is only groomer that has ever groomed her until recently and that nightmare will never happen again.Awesome work love and stability and is that what we want for our furbabies? I do .see you in a few weeks Make the call you will be glad you did

Our miniature poodle is a nervous dog by nature; however, he does very well there. The owner and other workers are very kind & gentle with him.
