The vet was very caring with me and Kasey. She explained Kaseys new medical illness to me and what treatment plan to expect. I will be attending a 20 minutes course today on how to adminisister insulin shots to my dog Kasey etc. Great Veterinary doctor and caring front office staff

Pet Haven is absolutely the best! Everyone treats the pets (and their human) like family. You are greeted with a smile and warm welcome. You don't have to give your name, they know you when you enter the building. The veterinarians do what is warranted, but do not push for extra services to increase the bill. I have been brining my dogs to Pet Haven for many years and wouldn't trust any one else to treat my babies.

Front desk check in person was rude! Told me my appt was Monday at 4:30pm instead of Friday at 4:30pm when I specifically talked to someone earlier on Friday and they gave me the option of coming at 2pm or 4:30pm and I chose 4:30pm so I wouldn't have to miss several hours of work. So for the check in person to say "I cancelled your appt on Monday, guess we'll just see you today" was rude. Same person was still rude at check out. Please train your staff better on Customer Service!

Excellent. My dog was treated great. Her surgery went well and it was obvious that the staff loves the animals.

Not affordable at all. I was told it wouldn’t be no more the five hundred and something. Not going back way to expensive. But at least my dog was taken care of that’s all that matters.
