The staff ALWAYS is extremely friendly and accommodating. Nice to go into an establishment that is punctual and efficient. The Doctor was great! I've never had a bad experience!❤️️

I was very happy with my visit to SMPMC
Everyone there was very nice and professional and most of all helpful.
They went out of there way to accommodate me and my cats needs and they were very respectful of my time.

I was primarily going in to pick up a medicine, which I was told they'd give me at check out and then they completely forgot and now i have to go back. They're very nice, but they need better front desk organization.

I had a horrible experience with Dr Pirotto. From the minute she walked into the room the first time we met her she was clearly irritated. She was condescending and became visibly and increasingly irritated with every question we asked. She lectured us instead of answering questions. She repeated the same thing over and over while not answering what we actually asked her. She pursed her lips and closed or rolled her eyes in frustration and annoyance.
The second time we came for a follow up and to see if we had to drop off our dog again. Dr Pirotto never examined our dog the second day. She asked us to just leave her. She didn't ask us any questions about how our dog's night had gone or how our dog was in the morning. So clearly I had questions about what the course of action for the day. Again I was met with endless verbosity that gave me zero information and offered no answers. I ended up thankfully transitioning back to Dr George who is our dog's regular doctor.
