Great staff! Super friendly! My spouse is in the army and was going to the field so I had to bring her German Shepard to them last minute because I didn’t want him getting my car super dirty. I called them and they went above and beyond to get me in there! Rex looked and smelled great when he left. He even got a Spider-Man bandana! Thank you again ladies for taking him in so quickly! I will definitely be bringing him back.

my dog was well taken care of. She was happy there and I received pictures of her every day

When she came home, she was her usual self, happy and full of vim & vigor.

Had to board my 12 year old GSD for 10 days and I’m so very happy it was at Pet Palace (ex1). The staff were friendly and attentive during drop-off, extremely kind to send daily photos and updates while I was away. Most of all, my pup had a great time and was well cared for. I wish I lived closer so she could enjoy a day or two a week of day care. I highly recommend Pet Palace!!!
