Terry is the best. Very honest and extremely knowledgeable. This service is very dependable and the office kept me updated with arrival time. We've used them for years on our two homes. We wouldn't call anyone else.

My air conditioning is still not working. I had the new systems installed to prevent this exact situation. It wasn't necessary to replace my previous system back in the spring. I did it to prevent from having to do it in the heat of summer. Now here we are and I have a unit that is not working properly. It's 80 degrees in my house because the brand new system that I paid for is not working correctly. Everyone I've spoken to agrees that this is not right. You need to come replace or repair the system so that it cools properly at all times immediately. It is unacceptable for me to pay in full and have a system not work less than 6 months later. It is unacceptable to put off customers that have already paid for two new systems in favor of new customers that did not take preventative measures. It is unacceptable for a technician to come out twice and leave without knowing absolutely that the system is working correctly. It is unacceptable for me to be told that you are booked a week out when I paid in excess of 10K for these units to be installed properly with a warranty less than 6 months ago. This whole situation is unacceptable. I expect this situation to be resolved promptly or else. A temperature of 80 degrees at night with a brand new system is not acceptable.

Our A/C stopped working on a Saturday evening. Because we really didn't want to pay a weekend/holiday up-charge, we were just going to wait until Monday to call for service. I called Sunday morning to get scheduled for the next week only to find out Petrocelli DOES NOT apply a weekend/holiday fee! We were elated and Terry J showed up in about an hour - on Sunday - at no extra fee. Terry is great! He is the guy that makes me feel comfortable about calling someone for service. He knows his business, is honest and a pleasure to be around.

Our tech, Jason arrived on time. He was very polite and respectful and very courteous. Jason pointed out a few items that would help in the long run to keep our units running smoothly. Not a pressure sell, just facts and pointed them out and was able to correct them on his visit. We have already noticed a difference in the downstairs unit where the motor and fan blades were covered in dust and lint after he pulled them and cleaned them. The air now flows smoothly and the motor does not seem to be straining.

They called 30 minutes in advance,and the tech Joesph found the problem within 10 minutes and fixed it. He was courteous and did a great job.I have used Petrocelli in the passed and I am pleased with there service.

Javier tried his best to repair the intake valve on my water heater before concluding that the whole heater had to be replaced (it was 15 years old). The replacement was difficult, since both the old and new heaters had to go up/dpwn precarious stairs into the attic. He handled it efficiently and more quickly than I anticipated. In the process of identifying the circuit breaker for the heater, he tested and marked all the breakers in the box, an unexpected added bonus. He was courteous and took care not to leave any messes for me to clean up. Ditto for replacement of my kitchen faucet.
