First time back since last pet passed. Mostly all new staff since before COVID, very professional and empathetic.

Exam of new pet very thorough and caring for animal's and my comfort. Was glad to be able to assist again with exam and treatments given. Very helpful with good demonstration of pet's care and treatments at home. Doctor Egan was wonderful with the treatment and explanation of reasons for concern and care. All had respect for my knowledge and experiences with pets.
