Good except I was not called about how my puppies were doing post surgery. Nine hours passed and no phone call from you. We were getting very worried. You need to call the pets' owners soon after surgery with hopefully good news.

On Wednesday afternoon When I got home from work I noticed that our cat Lilo had a limp and every time I touched her right back leg she would cry . We decided to take her to ER4pets right away. When we got there they were very attentive and straight forward with every question that we asked. They even provided us with an estimate before we consented to anything. The vet was very straightforward and understanding with the situation after she let us know that lilo broke her hip. She was never pushy and give us time to think when she let us know that our cat needed surgery. She also explained the procedures very clearly and give us two options and what the outcome would be for each one. She also said if you made a decision by tomorrow that they would be able to get her into surgery Right away. Later that night our cat was in a lot pain so I gave them a call around five in the morning letting them know of our decision to have the surgery. The Dr. was able to get her in that day. After the surgery the vet called and let us know that everything went well and the recovery time. When we finally picked her up the staff was extremely supportive And went over all the instructions with the medication they even helped us walk her out to our car. I am so extremely thankful for the vet and for her staff! They were very professional and caring and called us to make sure everything was going okay after the surgery. Even when I called with a follow-up question I felt like they took the time to make sure they answered everything. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends and family who have an animal. Thank you again!!

11pm My Lab gets into the zipped bag of another dogs Heart Meds and eats about 300 pills!!!

This is bad...

Dr Jones calmly tells me what to do and to get my dog there.

Tech was waiting outside when I arrived.

Despite it being touch and go for a while; at about 2:45 I get the call that he's going to be OK.

Saved my good ol dog

Thank you!!!!

Although it took some time, it was Christmas Eve, and we received excellent care for our dog.

My Pomeranian male had to have a surgery. The surgery went well and Dr Jones was great. She even called us at 3:40 am to let us know that the surgery went well. My dog was treated well and on its way to recovery. Thank you Petsurg & Er4pets for solving my dogs problem.

We had such a great experience with our puppy getting spayed. We were given thorough instructions when we first took her home and the following day were given a follow up call by the vet herself. Our puppy has done a great job recovering from her surgery.

Price for x-ray was higher than you can get for a human. Doctor is great.

Poway Eyeworks

I have mixed feelings about Poway Eyeworks. The office itself is nice--very clean and has a large selection of glasses. The front desk employees were also very friendly and did not pressure me into getting a new pair of glasses. However, my visit wit the optometrist is what makes me question if I will return. The optometrist, Dr. Desai, was nice. However, I left the office not even knowing what my eyesight was exactly. During my exam, she told me that I have a certain eye condition (that I have since forgotten the name of it, since I wasn't given a sheet with my exam results), and when I proceeded to ask questions, she kept brushing it off with, "it is too early to tell." Even if my question was, "Can this condition be bad? What's the worst that can happen?" She kept avoiding the question and would move quickly to the next topic or discussion of my dry eye. I did not understand why she would not answer any of my questions and just give a "it is too early to tell since this is the first time I saw you" answer. I was in a rush to leave as I had to pick up my child from day care, so it wasn't until I got home that I realized, "wow, I just went to the optometrist and I guess everything is fairly good since I wasn't told flat out that something is wrong, but at the same time, I don't even know what my eyesight changed too." I might give Poway Eyeworks another shot next year but see a different optometrist.

Twin Peaks Dentistry

Not very happy on my visit. I went in for cleaning, and it was great. I always loved to come and get the service. Every time, I have been informed about how much is cost of the dental treatment and the amount my insurance pays and I pay. I got scheduled for cleaning, and when I was done, I got informed that my insurance only pays 2 cleanings per year, and they put me on a 3 month schedule. So I had to pay for the service and I was not ready to do it. I was pretty upset that they did not tell me this ahead of time, or even before I got in. I am a single mom, and I do not get any help from the father. I work in the Poway School District, and we do not get paid for the 2 months of summer. I did not want to use my credit card, since I am trying to get out of debt. I just wished they told me this things ahead of time. I was not ready to make this expense.
