Pfefferle Tire and Automotive Service is a two generation, family owned and operated repair shop. We have been in business since 1994 providing great service to Fairfield, Hamilton and all of Butler County. We are an honest and trustworthy shop where our technicians do not work on commission, so there is no need for him/her to oversell. Our services range from quick lube service, tires and all auto repair and maintenance. We perform a safety check on all vehicles we service using no pressure sales tactics; we like to say "WHERE WE ADVISE AND YOU DECIDE"! We can also provide you with a free enterprise rental car if your invoice is $200 or higher*, or, in most cases, give you a ride to where you need to go. Hi Ronn, thanks for coming in the other day. We appreciate your business. We are aware of Monroe's oil change price. We offer the same service here for $24.99. Yes, we feel that our service is worth the extra $7. However, you get the full synthetic oil in your car and that is why your price was higher the other day. If you would like to switch to synthetic blend or conventional, we can definitely get the price down. Let me know and thanks for your comments,

I am sorry you feel this way. Our pricing is more than fair. When it comes to the oil change, we have an oil change that costs $24.99. The gentleman that brought your vehicle chose to put a better oil in your vehicle. I thought we were more than fair with you and as far as I could tell, the gentleman left happy.
