For several years I have been a customer of the Carmel PFM. I have always reviewed them, ranked them as 5-stars and have always been very impressed with their professionalism. Something has definitely changed at PFM. In my last 2 visits, I have left the facility very frustrated and my car was not repaired. My latest visit involved my 2008 Honda CRV air conditioning. I brought the car in because the air ran only intermittently. I had previously brought it to PFM. They charged the system and stated that this was the only problem. It did not fix the problem. I brought it back to them and they were able to successfully duplicate the problem. They found that at times it would cool and at times it would not. They called me and stated that they were baffled and had no idea what to do. Kindly, they did not charge me anything. I did a bit (3 minutes) of research. I picked up the car and on my way home stopped at AutoZone to pick up a relay. I picked up an a/c clutch relay; $16.69 paid, relay replaced by me (essentially a fuse), and it works great now. Looking back, I can NOT believe PFM just stated, "Come get it. We don't know how to fix it." Unbelievable.

I called with a flat and missing my locking lug nut addapter. Pfm sent someone to my work who took the car and fixed my flat. He also returned the car back to me. Great service pfm!

Very unhappy. That was my last visit with either car. Several weeks ago I had a low tire. went to your store they fixed it. Then while on vacation I had to fill that tire several times. Upon my return I went to your store for something. Supposedly my problem was another tire that I had not aired, Caused by another nail that was not given to me as the last one was. I was charged $27.00 to repair a tire that I had had no problem with.

To further explain my decision when having the buick serviced I was given a list of items that needed to be done immediately. Several had just been done. Since I can't trust your people to tell me the truth I must find another supplier. I am not a mechanic but I have traveled several states for many years and do know a little about cars. I am 85 years old. I will not refer another customer to you. Sorry Mack Hunter
