For several years I have been a customer of the Carmel PFM. I have always reviewed them, ranked them as 5-stars and have always been very impressed with their professionalism. Something has definitely changed at PFM. In my last 2 visits, I have left the facility very frustrated and my car was not repaired. My latest visit involved my 2008 Honda CRV air conditioning. I brought the car in because the air ran only intermittently. I had previously brought it to PFM. They charged the system and stated that this was the only problem. It did not fix the problem. I brought it back to them and they were able to successfully duplicate the problem. They found that at times it would cool and at times it would not. They called me and stated that they were baffled and had no idea what to do. Kindly, they did not charge me anything. I did a bit (3 minutes) of research. I picked up the car and on my way home stopped at AutoZone to pick up a relay. I picked up an a/c clutch relay; $16.69 paid, relay replaced by me (essentially a fuse), and it works great now. Looking back, I can NOT believe PFM just stated, "Come get it. We don't know how to fix it." Unbelievable.
