The staff in office are pleasant, friendly and unfailingly patient and helpful. As a new patient, they answered all my questions and worked with me to review insurance issues and set appointments that fit my schedule. Dr. Cooper is friendly, with a dry sense of humor that puts a patient at ease. He is also excellent at explaining what's going on in your mouth and reviewing treatment options. Unlike a lot of dentists, Dr. Cooper presents treatment OPTIONS. So many dentists present only the most aggressive (and expensive, and involved) options.
Initially I came to see Dr. Cooper with a dental emergency because I couldn't get in to see my regular dentist. In spite of the temporary nature of our relationship, Dr. Cooper and his staff were wonderful. I felt neither rushed nor like I was somehow imposing on them as a one-time-only patient. I was so impressed with their treatment and attitude that I switched immediately and now Dr. Cooper is my regular dentist.
