They always let me know what they are going to do and if there is any other issues that need attention, they will let me know. If a repair is longer than a day or if I need to be somewhere, at that time, They do have loaner cars. This way I can get things done while they work on my vehicle. If I have any questions, I just give them a call or stop by and can talk to one of their mechanics. Very happy with their work.
