Although I am still in the process of receiving treatments for laser surgery, I have been happy thus far with the results. The staff at PLC is very courteous, efficient and organized when it comes to providing optimal customer satisifaction and making sure you understand treatments/procedures. Also, they are on the ball with providing feedback and confirming and rescheduling appointments if necessary. When I finish, I hope to have back my nice chin.. (:<)
