The doctor and staff are so friendly and attentive to both the animal and the owners. I also love that I don't feel pressured to do anything I'm not comfortable doing. They give you information and recommendations, and then let you make decisions. That is important to me.

I was VERY happy with the service provided. They called me after my dog's neuter to let me know how he was recovering, gave reminders before his appointment, and were very kind and informative through the whole process. I received a call after dropping him off that he was examined and found to need a couple extra things done and naturally got concerned about the price increase but was very pleased when the increase was very insignificant. I will never go elsewhere for a spay/neuter if possible in the future, and will definitely be returning for other services as needed.

The smallest and neatest incision I have ever seen on a spayed dog. Everyone was friendly and they called to let me know when her surgery was over and that she was doing fine. I was so impressed and grateful I went back the next week with a basket full of candy to show my thanks. They provide a wonderful service and are very good at it.

I highly recommend! They were always courteous on the phone, answered my questions and called to remind me of the pre-surgery rules the day prior. When I checked in I was treated with kindness as was my dog. When I picked him up they were patient and respectful and escorted us out to lift my 54 pound puppy into the car for me. Less than 24 hours later my puppy is back to his normal happy self and recovering well. My vet wanted to charge $400 for the neuter. I can't imagine how that extra money would've gotten better care for my puppy. Thanks to the vet and staff!
