I have moved . When I did receive care it was in Anderson , SC and I had Dr. Jackubowitz, I hope I spelled it right. I was very pleased by his overall care. He was thorough , professional , and kind. Thank you.

There is no sense of urgency or compassion for the patience condition or the pain that their in. What care that should have taken days to handle took months. It got to the point that I had to go get documents from my doctors and take it to there office because no one in there office would do there job and get the information needed. If you call the office to talk to someone and you will always get a answering machine that will say that someone will call you back in 24 to 48 hours and they rarely do. It got to the point I would have to drive in and find out the information I needed. You tell the doctor that the pain medication he gave is not doing anything and his answer was always the same. You have to give it time for your body to adjust to it. Then 2 months later he would give you another prescription that doesn't work.

Thank God for Jo Lee in their office or I never would have gotten done anything done there. I am so glad I changed my pain management location. I now have doctors and nurses who are professionals and care for their patience and do their jobs. They show a sense of compassion for your health and pain and try to do everything they can to help you get better.

I would never recommend that anyone go to Piedmont Comprehensive Pain Management.

I have been seeing Dr. Han for a number of years and I do not know what quality of life I would have had without Dr. Han’s help. He listens to my questions and provides the information I need. I recommend him highly. He is an excellent doctor.

Very hard to get to speak to someone. I've called and been transferred to someone to help me with my issue and no one answers. I leave a message and no one returns my call!!!

I love coming to Piedmont Pain Management Group. The front staff are always so friendly and helpful if have any questions.

I also like the fact that the nurse that calls you back is very friendly and takes your vitals right away.

When Dr Han came in he was very professional as always but also friendly and asks how I am doing over all if I have any questions?

The whole experience here is very wonderful.
