Everything went well with the dental work. It was at the front desk, the office manager Patty really does not like me. When she went to check me out she literally tossed my paper aside and said "Thousand" in a very unfriendly voice, I then gave her a check for $300 and she said well ok, I said I will pay more on the next visit, she said she would have to talk with Dr. Piper, well I have spent thousands of dollars here in the past 3 years and always pay my account in full, I then ask her why she was always so mean and hateful to me, she then replied, "Melinda, do you realize how I pet you?" So I just left, I feel like she does not want me as a patient there. First of all I am not an animal who needs petting, I simply want to be treated decent when I am there. I did not make my other necessary appointment, I just left. I did discuss this with my husband and he would very much like to talk with Dr. Piper. I should not be embarrassed or humiliated in front of others in the office because she is rude and does not like me. Please let me know when Dr. Piper can talk with my husband. The dental care is awesome, but the customer service in the front office needs a lot of attention.
