The only thing that I don't like is when something is done to my dog, cutting nails or other similiar things, my dog is taken from me and taken to the back. That needs to be done in my presence and in the room that we are in, It feels like they may be training another person and don't want me to see.

In response to your review, anytime that you are here with a pet we ask permission before taking any pet to the treatment area. We ask to do so because our supplies are within reach and we have assistants standing by to offer any additional help if needed. If you are uncomfortable with anyone taking your pet to treatment, just let us know and we will be more than willing to do all treatments in your presence in the room. We always strive to exceed your expectations and your pet has a great visit. Thank you
