I love the teachers! They are fun and knowledgeable! The Chesterfield location is very convenient and the equipment is well maintained. I have started attending in person again and am comfortable doing so because they require masks during the workout, clean the equipment and the classes are limited in size. This is the ONLY place I’m comfortable working out right now.
Suzanne is one of the most knowledgeable, helpful and well versed teachers in any discipline. Have an injury? Modify this way. Weak there? Can you do just this. If you stick with her for a while she will teach you how your body is supposed to move and help you build the strength to actually have it behave that way. There is another layer of strength and functionality within you that you just have to be shown how to access.Amazing.
