Took my 10 year old labradoodle who was in need of vaccines before boarding this weekend! They were able to get me in the same day, and even had a 7pm appt spot. Front desk, techs and doctor were all helpful, nice and caring. Would highly recommend!

It's a quality that comes from the heart and allows one to go beyond whats considered "normal and acceptable" in their care of another creature. Everyone is great but our appointment just took a long time. We were there for over an hour.
Thank you so much for your feedback. We are glad you were pleased with the staff and the care your pet received. Various things can cause appointments to run long. Generally speaking, here are some of the things that can arise that will cause an appointment to run long. We often identify health issues that require additional tests or treatment, things that aren't part of a wellness visit. Whenever possible we like to take care of these things at the time of the annual exam. Its better for the pet and more cost effective for the owner. Behavioral issues often come up during a wellness visit. These take a tremendous amount of time to work through and aren't always easy to solve. Sometimes emergency life threatening situations walk through the front door. When this happens it's an "all hands on deck" response that's needed to save the pet's life. These are just a few, and we're not sure if any of these apply to your visit. But what we do know is we work hard to give our patients all the time they need and at the same time complete the appointment in a time efficient manner.
