I was not happy with this facility. Firstly I went to get a routine eye checkup for my glasses and contacts but on my follow-up appointment the doctor decided to check if I have dry eyes and also prescribe a treatment plan for it . She never once mentioned that this would be billed to my medical insurance and I would have to pay my co-pay which is about $25! If she had told me that I would have preferred to go to an Ophthalmologist instead of an Optometrist. Anyways it was only when I received my medical bill in the mail did I know. Also the doctor is very rude. I had some concerns with my eyes and asked several questions regarding the procedures being done and she said " Is there a trust issue here?" like as if to say I am the doctor I know what to do, stop asking me questions.
So if you do decide to go here do not give your medical insurance details to them(they will ask for it when you go there saying just in case) but bill it without telling you. I also think this is medical insurance fraud. Charging my medical insurance without my explicit approval.
Also do not ask any questions because you will get a rude exasperating answer.
Do not buy contacts from here, they are twice expensive than other places.
Also if you missed your appointment the office will never call to reschedule.
