My experience was good and I was pleased with Sissy’s mail trim. However, I will be looking to change vet services in the future. Your prices are rising faster than the price of gasoline!!!

I didn’t say anything when the price of nail trim went from $12 to $15. But $20 is too high for me.

It was my first terrible experience with the vet. I was not told my dog’s diagnosis but asked to pay for treatment. I had to insist on talking to the vet before paying. Then when I did speak to the vet he told me my dog would never run again bc of a torn ACL. The vet never said goodbye but just walked away. No compassion for me or my injured dog. I will not be going back. The merger with Westrock is unfortunate and they have lost me as a customer.

Very good experience with Neutering of my 6 month old Labradoodle. Before the procedure the Dr called to explain the pros and cons of early neutering and verified that this is what I wanted to do. Very helpful! One suggestion is that when quoting the $295 neutering price and strongly selling the not required $75 blood work someone should have mentioned that the $300 cost of amnesia was not included in the price. I would have loved to have this information prior to pick up. Imagine my surprise getting an over $500 bill when I was expecting a $300 bill. I shutter to think what might have happened if I didn't have it. Other than that, overall, the experience was great.
