I moved to this home a year ago and before I had lived in the home one month my furnace quit. Shawn with Pioneer came out to help. I had another problem and called Pioneer, Shawn was sent again and fixed the furnace once again so I had time to consider paying for new furnace and AC.
The furnace was approx. 25 years old so I knew I would be looking at replacing. I now am able to replace the furnace/AC and because of the service provided by Shawn, Pioneer is the first call I made. Molly, their office manager is another reason I have a loyalty to Pioneer.
