Miguel came out to inspect my roof. He inspected the the interior leak spots both inside ceiling damage then went in the attic . He inspected exterior roof took pictures to show me the areas where leaking in roof where occurring. He then gave me a detailed written scope of work with an estimate of repairs. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.

The cost was a good bit higher than I expected for the work done, but the prompt/same day response, couteous, knowledgeable and personable employees were all great.

You came out about 3 times to repair leak around stove exhaust vent. Never did fix it. Finally had to call someone else to fix it. Found you through Angie's list (won't use them again, either) and was hounded for an immediate review. Trouble was, the roof only leaked during a heavy rainstorm. Did not have to replace roof over entire patio like you said I did with tacky roll roofing.

I live in Sheridan and have a 12x12 pitched roof and needed a cricket installed for my chimney. This was an out of pocket ecpense since it was a design issue. After 3 attempts at local roofing contractors in my area that were quick to make an appointment and never show up I heard about PI roofing on the Dave Elswick show. I called them a little skeptical because of the experience I had with the 3 other contractors and a 12x12 roof is not the easiest thing to negotiate or work on. I called PI and made an appointment, got an estimate, scheduled the work. The contractors (John, I think) was a great guy. They met the estimate and time lines exactly and did a great job on time. When its roofing time they will definately be on consideration list.

Was going to use you. Man who came out said he was going to get satellite picture of roof for measurement. Never heard another word about it. Waited 2 weeks and called someone else.
