Took my granddaughter. She was so disappointed in how her hair came out. She basically came out with her hair the way she went in. It. actually looked like she just woke up!
Ended up taking her elsewhere immediately after for a wash blow out and style. Last time they did really nice. Maybe just a miscommunication.

very nice crew, everyone is super friendly and informative. One thing would be I would ask customers after getting their hair done “what would you like to do with your hair?” Like curl, straightening, blowout, etc. I left pretty unhappy with how the style of my hair was done.
