This office is only out for the money. I have great dental insurance. They are stuck on getting more money than what the insurance covers. Dr. Gohill consistently would try to persuade me to have work done that was not needed. She tried to get me to have a permanent crown put in telling me the other would fall out and it hasn't yet. That was like two years ago, crow still there. The office sends bills in my children's names, even though they are kids and the insurance is in my name. The office has now sent my son's name to collection now that he has turned 18 and the bill is paid in full. They are all about money and more money. Once they called my husband so much to bring our son in for a filling which we had to pay some out of pocket for. They left so many messages about the appt, never once saying we had to bring money in up front, once they went in they asked for this big amount of money which he should have been left in all of the messages. Then Dr. Gohill says just put in on a credit card, like it is that easy these days. I can think of a lot better things to with my credit card.

As always it is a pleasure to go to dentist believe or not. Excellent treatment from the staff, they are all very nice

Its just a perfect dentist's office

I had a crown and several cavities filled at her office. I paid EVERYTHING in advance in FULL. I was told by Yvette, the office manager and Dr. Gohill herself and her assistant once I had the temporary crown placed that my balance was paid in FULL and that I would not owe anything when I came to pick up my permanent crown. Three weeks after I had the permanent crown placed, I received a copy of the claim from my dentist and realized that I had been overcharged for the work by about $85.00. I emailed Yvette the copy of the claim and asked her if I would be credited for the overpayment. She said would let me know by the end of the day. She never called me back and 1 week later I received an invoice for a "crown delivery fee" and a "crown placement" for the exact amount that I had over-payed. Then when I asked for her to transfer my files to another dentist, I was told I had to pay $25.00 to have my files emailed to another dentist. I was left with the impression that Dr. Gohill and her staff seem a lot more concerned with making money than they are patient satisfaction or well-being.

Best customer service, friendly environment, familiar and super clean office; Every time I got questions or need assistance they ladies who work there always take care of you needs, also they explain you the procedures and reason why you need them, they want you to be educated as well and make sure you will come back soon as well.

It's always a pleasure going to the dentist...Most people would think I was insane for using those two words in the same sentence, "dentist" and "pleasure". But that's the only way I can describe the experience at Plantation Dental Care. (...and no, I wasn't paid to post this...)Unlike most dental officies where the atmosphere is cold, unfriendly, and feeds into that fear of drills buzzing in your head...Plantation Dental's atmosphere is PLEASANT from beginning to end. The service is outstanding and the staff is wonderful. But don't take my word for it...just put your money (and the pleasure of dental service) where your mouth is!!!
