The service is very good and they seem to do quality work. The only complaint my wife and I have is that the communication from them about the work being done on our vehicle is not very good. We've been going to Plants for years, but more recently we just don't hear what is going on with the vehicle. Sometimes we don't hear anything about it the day we drop it off and when we do hear from them it isn't until quite late in the day. When it is so late, it is hard to organize picking it up and figuring out how things are going to work for us in terms of our transportation needs as a family. We would love it if they kept us more in the loop on what is happening with the car and when the work is going to be finished.
