I took my 2012 chevy sonic in for oil change and it is supposed to get semi synthetic oil. The guy who took my car in was great but when I picked it up I saw that they put in conventional oil. I asked about the oil and the guy who did the oil change tried to argue with me and say the cap says 5w30. Which I agree but it also has a info pic with an icon. I said the book says dextrose oil semi synthetic,then they try to tell me the oil they put is semi synthetic. Then why do they charge more on the price sheet? Not happy because Warrenty is negated if I don't use semi synthetic oil. Will be taking back in Monday. I hate being bulls*hited just cause I'm a woman. I'll pay for the difference in price but don't lie cause you screwed up!

I chose Plaza due to my wife's experience at the Arnold location off of Richardson Rd. They seem to treat her right and are honest. I work in Chesterfield so it's more convenient to go to this location. My first experience didn't meet my expectations. I went with the sole purpose of having a slow leak repaired. While doing that, I figured I'd have the oil changed as well. I also liked the idea of nitrogen as opposed to air so I had them fill the tires with nitrogen. Upon picking it up, they didn't know whether or not the tire was even repaired and I didn't have green caps on the car as well. I am beginning to wonder if I even have nitrogen in the tires, of which I paid for...

I switched from a direct competitor, now I'm second guessing that decision.
