The staff at Pleasant Valley are very passionate about their job and always so friendly and helpful and want the best for my pet's health.
Kim the groomer is the BEST! She always does a fantastic job! Our dog trainer even asked me where we got our dog groomed because she was so impressed with the quality of our dogs hair cut. The whole staff at pleasant valley is Wonderful!
The entire team is always so pleasant! Your pet is treated well, as if it’s theirs. My dog is a handful around other animals and people, always wanting to protect mommy, however, they’re very patient and understanding with your pet’s behavior.
Dr. Pogash was great! This was my first time at Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital. I have been searching for awhile at multiple vet offices to get my cat help when my normal vet wouldn’t take her in. I was facing ER charges for something that Dr. Pogash’s team was able to handle in their office and treat immediately! Dr. Pogash’s team took my cat Petunia in with no hesitation. The office is beautiful, the staff is friendly and caring, and it was very affordable. I appreciate everything the staff did for me and my cat! I am an official client of PVAH and already switched my dog over to their care. I’ve already recommended my sister in law to switch her cat to their care. Thanks so much!
We are very pleased with Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital. We recently had our puppy neutered and they took excellent care of him. They are on top of everything. They checked on him the day after surgery to be sure things were going well, which they were. They offered their help, if needed, if he developed any problems. We use them for our 10 year old Goldendoodle as well who has seizures. They are managing his seizures very well and are always expressing their concern for him when I call them.
