As a licensed dentist in Plymouth, MA we work with our patients so they can achieve and maintain a beautiful smile and healthier gums and teeth. We take the time with our patients to explain their treatment options and inform them of additional preventative care. We feel this will lead to a more trusting doctor/patient relationship and, for many people, relieve the stress about seeing a dentist.

During A recent cleaning visit my regular hygienist was out (Kathy) and I had a young lady who I understand was a temp/fill in for the day. I felt like I was at a training facility. The xray was painful and the cleaning was messy, the suction pulled on my mouth and I could have used a raincoat for the water all over me. I was happy to have it over even though I was sure my teeth werent as clean as Kathy gets them. I was just happy to have it over with!!
Kerr Dental Associates replied:
Hi Lisa - we are so sorry you weren't notified ealier that Kathy would not be doing your cleaning. We have added an alert in your chart that will prompt us to let you know of such changes in the future.
