I totally understand is a school and that they are learning, I’m not upset but I do feel there’s a few things I would like to point out . First thing, consultation was bad she didn’t even look at my hair or really try to figure out what exactly I wanted done her consultation was 2 mins long. During consultation I told her I wanted a layered haircut and style. It didn’t even seem like she even wanted to be there. Second she did a horrible job at shampooing my hair my right side was completely dry and my scalp did not even get touched by shampoo. Shampoo lasted about 3 mins. Haircut was about 10mins max! (No hairdresser takes 10mins on a haircut) Haircut can’t tell anything was cut off. It’s not the first time I’ve been to a cosmetology school in the past I’ve had instructors double check students work, no one checked her work. Before she took off to get her paper marked off she asked AGAIN if I wanted to be be styled at this point I was a bit annoyed because my scalp didn’t feel clean at all, so I told her to not style it. Whole service time was about 20mins. It was a bit chaotic in there too. For it to be a Paul Mitchell school I really had high expectations.
