As a new mom, it has been difficult for me to get back into an exercise routine. The mommy & me class with Jen was the perfect answer. In 45 minutes Jen works in a fun and challenging workout, with cardio and strength training, all with baby in tow. Best of all, it's good not only for mom, but fun for baby, who gets to participate in mom's workout and interact with other babies! I haven't worked out this hard since baby was born!
