I simply cannot say enough positive things about Pointe South! Dr. Highley and the staff are always so nice and compassionate. You never feel rushed and you NEVER feel like just another customer. They're all amazing.

I called Wednesday because my Yorkie was dragging his butt and appeared to be in discomfort. His anal sacks had not be expressed since July. I was told to bring him in and the technician could see him. We were there in about 10 minutes and spent about 15 minutes then on our way home. The baby is doing fine now. I think he may have emptied the sacks a little himself because the technician said they were not as full as she thought they could be. I did not want to get stuck snowed in if he is really in pain with the sacks. so we are safe and sound and warm and the 'blizzard' seems to not be so bad at all. I recommend Point South to anyone.

Dr. Berdeen is tops, and all of the ladies working there are so friendly and efficient. We drive 35 minutes to go there.
