Everyone was very friendly from the time Charlie and I came in the door.
Right away someone (I believe it was Caesar) introduced himself to Charlie and took him to the back so I could comfortably fill out paperwork. Picking up Charlie was a breeze, and everyone assured me that Charlie had done well, even though his prior grooming appointment (somewhere else) had a different result. I will definitely take him back to Pointe South Animal Hospital.
